On August
1, 2007, the wife of Iqbal Kazmi was kidnapped while she was on her way
to high court to meet her husband who had been arrested on fraud charges
on 12 June 2007. Sadia Kazmi, wife of Iqbal Kazmi, said that her
kidnappers beat her up and asked her to tell her husband to withdraw
cases against the MQM.
The Police refused to register an FIR against the assailants. However,
the Additional District and Session Judge, Karachi, South, Mohammed
Azeem, the police regiseter an FIR against those involved in the attack.
Kazmi also stated that the police has tried to bribe his wife to the
tune of Rs. 100,000 to not nominate Waseem Akhter, Sindh Home Adviser in
the attack. She also stated that members of the Sindh Police were also
involved in the kidnapping.
Arrest
On June 12, 2007, Iqbal Kazmi was arrested by police in cases of
cheating, and was sent to Judicial Remand until June 16 by a judicial
magistrate at the Malir Cantonment Courts. Police stated that Mr. Qazmi
had given checks to individuals that were dishonored later. Kazmi’s
lawyers alleged that the cases were fabricated against him. Mrs. Sadia
Kazmi also alleged that she had not been provided with the first
information report about the crime.
In court Mr Kazmi stated that he had been jailed because he had
threatened that he would go on hunger strike in front of Sindh Chief
Minister house to protest against the 12 May 2007 killings in Karachi.
Iqbal kazmi was granted bail by the Sindh High court on 18 August 2007.
His next hearing is expected to be heard on 22 August 2007.

Statement of Mr., Iqbal Kazmi Petitioner filed before High Court Sind
regarding trial of 12 May 2007 Carnage and its cavils/assignees.
I hereby declare on an oath stating that I drawn-up bequeath which is
available on the Official record of Honorable High Court Sind, Interior
Secretary and District Session Judge Eastern. I stated therein that If I
murdered, M/s Altaf Hussein Quaid of Muttehida, Wasim Akhtar and Arbab
Rahim former Chief Minister of Sind may be nominated as my joint
Murderers.
I solemnly declare that with reference to 12 May 2007 Carnage and
fixation Hearing date on my petition, I have received threatening
Telephone Calls regarding relinquish and withdrawal of my legal
petition. In case of non-withdrawing of the same, I shall be
assassinated with my entire family. All Telephone Calls numbers were
handed over to Government relevant Offices and Agencies.
As I stated above, that in case of my murder, responsibilities shall lie
on aforesaid persons, treating them “Murderers”. These threatens are
being received indirectly through my kinsmen relatives and friends who
are over-awed coercing constraint to withdraw the petition.
The former Advisor for Interior Ministry of Muttehida, Mr. Waseem Akhtar
along with his colloquies in armor was used to aggravate upon me in
jail. The workers of Muttehida were threatened in the courtroom that my
family members had to be homicide. A proposal of Five Crore rupees with
exile to Canada was offered.
I would like to state that although I am not directly affected from12
May 2007 Carnage yet I am relating basically free journalist and
believed in a true journalism. Good Writers give testimony for sacred
profession. On 12 May 2007, I along with my family members was seen live
transmission of T.V. Channel on occurrence of this Carnage. I had seen
bursts, shivering dead bodies of innocent People on the ground. The
Carnage terrors were firing on people fanatically. Nobody was impeded
interrupting them to save innocent lives in Karachi, because carnage was
occurred by an allusion of former Dictator, former President of Pakistan
Pervaiz Mushraff, rampanting the Bazaar of killing of Masses. My Son
(Five year old Child) sitting beside me before T.V was seeing the cruel
things happening. He suddenly opened his mouth and said “Papa what is
going on ugly ?, who will rescue the people of our City? Who will watch
the Watchers? These questions and phrases by my Son were given me
high-minded, aspiring and I decided to shielding my-self before
tyrannizing and terrorism and favoring my frustrated People and
Citizens.
I am still steadfast in my mediating for auspicious time and hating
over-shadowing of ruin and destruction of human being. I never said that
I had submitted the Petition following to delusion of Mr. Imran Khan. As
a matter of fact that after 12 May 2007 Carnage, I had humbly moved to
Honorable Court of Sind on dated 29 May 2007 regarding recompense for
evil done in 12 May 2007 against former dictators, responsible
Officials, Politicians by submitting legal Petition
This Petition and relevant Applications were presented by High Court
with reference to contempt of Court on “So-motive” before Court’s Larger
Bench consisting of (07) Members. This (07) Judges Members had been
heard by Worthy Chief Justice Sarmad Jilal Usmani, the present Chief
Justice of Sind High Court.
During June 2007, I had announced Press Communiqué in the Compound of
Sind High Court that if Accused of 12 May 2007 Carnage are not arrested
before 11 June 2007, I myself along with my whole family was gone on
Hunger-strike before Chief Minister’s House. Anyhow, on dated 10 June
2007, the then Station House Officer Orangi, Mr. Sohaib Quershi along
with voluminous Police Force had arrested me and taken to “Darakhsan”
Police Lock-up against false ancient case registered in 2006 from which
I was equitted honorably.
An investigating Police Officer while presenting me before Magistrate
Cantonment Board had requested the Court that I may be plucked from
Lock-up to jail for judicial custody due to endanger of my Life in
Police Lock-Up. Thus I was shifted to jail for my life security.
During my custody in judicial jail, I submitted an application/petition
against “Muttahida” Leaders subjecting that entire ground liasioning to
Malhir Cant:, Faisal Cant:, Airbase, sensitive installations of Pak
Navy/Pak Army and other important civil Institutions/Surroundings and
their communication contacts were got sealed and ceased, action to which
is coming under purview of heinous rebellion. In this Petition I also
requested humbly that Advisor to Interior Ministry, Mr. Waseem Akhtar’s
Office may be sealed, scrutinizing his Office record so as to expose the
names of accused persons who designed this misery to glisten City. The
main purpose regarding quoting these facts before Honorable Larger Bench
of Sind High Court is that the High Officials of Government who were
holding responsible Offices had also been recorded Statements before
worthy Bench that they all had complied with instructions issued by
Advisor to Interior Ministry, Mr. Waseem Akhtar regarding Police Forces
besiege just to their Offices/Police Stations.
The names of the then Officer bearers of the Government are Interior
Secretary (Brig-R-Mr. Ghulam Muhammad) I.G. Sind (Riaz Siddique) and
C.C.P.O. (Mr. Azhar Farouqui).
In every Hearing of trial, the Advisor to Interior Ministry Mr. Waseem
Akhtar and Minister Mr. Baber Chori along with Muttehida Workers/Members
were stayed in Court Room so as to build pressure upon witnesses and
Petitioners. To take time by the fore-lock a day of Hearing of my
Petition I was informed by my one Friend at the door of Honorable Court
that my Wife Mrs. Saidia Kazmi had been eloped . I was up-set to listen
ugly news. I informed worthy Chief Justice Mr. Sabiuddin for kidnapping
of my Wife. His highness at the spot ordered the then Advocate General,
Mr. Raza Quershi that Mrs. Iqbal Kazmi must be got recovered within (30)
Minutes and presented before the Court. In non-compliance of Orders, the
Honorable Court shall issue arrest warrants of Respondents of 12 May
2007 Carnage. I was lucky at that time, my Wife had been recovered. The
accused was left her near “Sea View” in slight injuries.
A lynx incident was happened on dated 10 Sep 2007 when “Muttehida”’s
thousands Workers/Members hedging Honorable Sind High Court. On this day
hearing of 12 May 2007 Carnage was to start before Larger Bench. In the
presence of central Leaders
Mr. Waseem Akhtar and Mr. Baber Chori, their thousand
Workers were adversely possessed the Court Room. Some of them were
occupying compound, up-stairs, Verandah of Sind High Court. On my
arrival for attending the hearing, the Workers of Muttehida surrounded
my Vehicle and spoken in eminity that “ Any Person ridiculing Altaf Bahi,
we bring him to end”. On this occasion, they had used filthy language.
The Mob further threatened and said “ ”Iqbal Kazmi you have seized Altaf
Bahi by the Collar, we will finish your lineage”.
I informed the worthy Court that an Advocate, Mr. Raja Riaz Friend of
mine was assassinated at Foowara Chowk near Governor House enroute Sind
High Court. Next day Advisor to Interior Ministry Mr. Waseem Akhtar
along with my friend (Advocate) came-up into my Cell/jail emphasized
upon for withdrawing the petition of 12 May 2007 Carnage for best
interest of myself and family. On the same day Mr. Waseem Akhtar Advisor
with his colloquies equipped with arms and ammunition coercively got my
Signatures on some papers. Later on, they have themselves submitted
application regarding withdrawal of Petition of 12 May 2007 Carnage from
my end to Honorable Court.
While I appeared before City Court regarding my other case, I requested
(Black & White) from my Cell duly attested by In charge of Lock-Up to
Honorable Court through my Wife mentioning that I have not submitted any
application/petition so as to withdraw my main Petition of 12 May 2007
Carnage.
All incidents are hereabovementioned elaborated on facts and figures,
keeping in view worthy inter-position so as to bring on record.
I, therefore, humbly file an appeal to Honorable Chief Justice Supreme
Court of Pakistan that my Petition filed into Honorable High Court Sind
Karachi may kindly be heard by Supreme Court of Pakistan Islamabad.
Honorable High Court of Sind has entrusted my Petition of 12 May 2007
Carnage to Divisional Bench instead of Larger Bench for hearing.
Laws can hear the case that is under hearing of Larger Bench heard by
Divisional Bench? I humbly submit that worthy Chief Justice of Pakistan
may kindly be considered my Petition and decided the same with legal
acumen to do justice.

prominent journalist intellectual’s institution i.e. “Mohaq’ qiq Mahmood
Sham”. She obliged her duties in monthly Magazine of Children known as
“Toud Batout”. In that duration she simultaneous writing columns in
different Newspaper on Current Affairs from which she was received

Mrs. Saadia
Kazmi had, first time in the history of Pakistan, prepared a Documentary
Film with utmost research & quest on the titles of “Prostitutes Culture”
& “Eunuchs Lives”. The Eunuch Lives was the sole documentary Film in
which hermaphrodite’s full lives from their Birth to the level of death
with their customs & usage were picturised.
This
Documentary Film reserved for famous T.V. Channel “National
Geographic”. Unfortunately, somehow when institution had to launch this
Firm under “Fox Pakistan News & Entertainment”, the Carnage
12th May
2007 was occurred. On occurrence of the Carnage and Movements for
restoration of Judiciary, the Spouse (Mr. & Mrs. Kazmi) were
reprimanded, overburdened due to massacre of innocent People by the
State’s trial of strength, as both the couple on their counterpart
set-up a Law-suit regarding befall of Carnage, jostled the Citizens into
place of execution. Mr. Iqbal Kazmi turned to penalty requital and
kidnapped, resorted to severe violence, but he had not been given-up for
withdrawing of Law-suits in spite of stern undue pressure. He was
undergone expected troubles and calamity for imprisonment of (13)
Months.
To pleading
the Law-suits, the kind Sindh High Court had nominated prominent Lawyer,
Barrister-at-Law, Mr. Farooq H. Naik. Ist Aug 2007,

Kazmi was also kidnapped. An Assistant of Barrister-At-Law, Mr. Adnan
Karim had brought the kidnapping of Mrs. Kazmi into information of
Honorable Chief Justice of Sindh High Court,

Sabihuddin Ahmed, whose excellence instantly orders recovered back Mrs.
Saddia Kazmi from the clutches of kidnappers? To reap benefits out of
